Ko Lipe or Koh Lipe, pronounced as Koh Leepae, is located about 50km from the mainland and is Thailand's southernmost island in the Tarutao National Marine Park.
There are 4 main beaches Pattaya, Sunlight, Sunset and Karma Beach. All beaches
are connected by footpaths and it only takes about an hour to walk the
entire island. There are no cars and a limited amount of motorbikes.
Koh
Lipe village has a school with internet access, a few small shops and
some fantastic local food. As of yet, there are no ATM's so be sure and
bring enough cash to sustain you.
