Welcome To Koh Lipe

Ko Lipe or Koh Lipe, pronounced as Koh Leepae, is Thailand's southernmost island and lies within the Tarutao National Marine Park. The closest cities to Lipe is Pak Bara, or Langkawi, Malaysia.

There are 4 main beaches on Koh Lipe. Pattaya, Sunrise, Karma and Sunset Beaches. All beaches are connected by trails and there is now a paved 'Walking Street.' It only takes about an hour to walk the entire island, there are no cars, so if paradise is what you want, then go no further, Go Koh Lipe.

The main village of Koh Lipe village has a school, some shopping fantastic local food, beach bars and white sand beaches with fantastic views.

As of yet, there are no ATM or banks on Lipe Island, so be sure and bring enough cash to sustain you. There is an ATM in Pak Bara, as well as Langkawi, if coming from Malaysia.

Lipe is quickly becoming known for a family friendly environment, there are plenty of things for kids and the lighthearted!  There is even a school on Lipe, if you would like to teach or participate in school activities.
