Ko Lipe or Koh Lipe, pronounced as Koh Leepae, is located about 50km from the mainland and is Thailand's southernmost island in the Tarutao National Marine Park.
There are 4 main beaches. Pattaya, Sunrise, Karma and Sunset. All beaches
are connected by footpaths, and it only takes about an hour to walk the
entire island. There are no cars and a limited amount of motorbikes.
Koh
Lipe village has a school, some shopping and
some fantastic local food. As of yet, there are no ATM's so be sure and
bring enough cash to sustain you.
